Tickets
What are the age groups for Child and Senior tickets?
A Child ticket is for ages 3–11 and a Senior ticket is for ages 55+. Children under 2 who do not require a seat are free.
Where can I find pricing information?
Pricing varies by location. Check the specific showtime at your preferred theatre for the most accurate information.
What is the convenience fee for?
Online and app ticket purchases make it possible to reserve tickets before a show sells out. A small fee per ticket helps maintain this service and is displayed on the Order Summary page during booking. Convenience fees for online ticket purchases are not refunded.
What do the filter icons mean?
GTX — Premium Large Format Auditorium, available at select GTC locations
CC — Closed Captioning
AD — Audio Description
3D — This showtime is presented in 3D
Reserved — Seats must be selected when purchasing a ticket
Premium — Upgraded seating
21+ — Guests must be 21 or older; available at select locations

Refunds
How do I get a refund for tickets I am unable to use?
Tickets purchased on the website may be refunded at GTCMovies.com/Refunds until one hour before showtime. All other refunds must be processed in person at the theatre where the tickets were purchased before the published showtime. The theatre will need your booking or confirmation number, or the date and time of purchase plus the first six and last four digits of the payment card. Convenience fees for online purchases are not refunded.

How can I purchase a gift card?
Physical gift cards can be purchased in person at any GTC location. eGift Cards can be purchased online.
Will I earn Reward Points when I purchase a gift card?
No. Gift card purchases do not earn Reward Points. Transactions paid for with a gift card are eligible to earn points.
At the theatre

Can I wear a costume in the theatre?
Guests are welcome to dress in costume, but masks, face paint, face-obscuring hoods, weapons, fake weapons, and props that could make other guests uncomfortable are not permitted.
How do I book a birthday party at the theatre?
Please visit our Group Sales page to submit a request for a birthday party or private group screening.
Is outside food and drink permitted?
No outside food or drink is permitted in the theatre.
What are the theatre's hours?
The theatre opens 30 minutes before the first showtime and closes 30 minutes after the last showtime begins. Concessions are available until 30 minutes after the last showtime begins.
When will movie titles and times be posted?
Movie titles and showtimes are typically updated weekly by 6:00 PM on Tuesday.
Are backpacks permitted inside the theatre?
No, backpacks are not permitted inside the theatre. Thank you for your cooperation.
What is the Rated R policy?
Photo identification is required to attend a Rated R movie. Guests under 17 are not admitted without an accompanying parent or guardian who is 21 or older. No exceptions.

Is there a fee to join?
No, Reel Rewards is a free program.
I just signed up. When can I start earning Reward Points?
Accounts are eligible to accrue points and redeem discounts once activated at 8:00 AM the morning after the account is created.
How do I earn points?
Reel Rewards is card-less: the ten-digit phone number on your account acts as your card number. At the theatre, provide your number or name to staff. Online, create and sign in to a Web Account when prompted. Earn 10 Reward Points for every dollar spent at Georgia Theatre Company, excluding gift card purchases.
How do I keep track of my points?
Find your points online after signing in, in the GTC Movies App, at an in-theatre kiosk using your phone number, or by asking a cashier. Points may take up to 24 hours to post.
How do I redeem my points?
Points must be redeemed in person at any of our 24 locations. Provide the cashier with your ten-digit phone number or full name.
What can I redeem my points for?
700 points: Any Candy
1,000 points: Medium Popcorn & Large Drink, or any one-size Popcorn or Fountain Drink
1,500 points: Combo #2 (Medium Popcorn, Large Drink, & Candy)
2,500 points: Ticket
Is there a maximum amount of points I can earn in one day?
Yes. There is a $200 (2,000 points) cap per day for earning Reward Points.
What additional perks come with Reel Rewards?
Members receive a free Medium Popcorn on their birthday, $3 Small Popcorn and $3 Regular Drinks every Tuesday, and everyday savings on popcorn and fountain drinks.
How do I redeem my free Birthday Popcorn?
A FREE Medium Popcorn is added to your account on your birthday and is available for 12 months. Just provide the cashier with your ten-digit phone number to redeem it.
Will I earn points for Fandango ticket purchases?
No. Reward Points are earned only on purchases made on GTCMovies.com and in theatre.
I gave my account information to the cashier but do not see my points. What should I do?
Complete the customer service form on the Contact Us page. Include the theatre name and transaction number from the receipt or ticket stub. The transaction must have occurred within the last 30 days.
Is there a minimum age to join?
Yes, the minimum age to join GTC Reel Rewards is 15 years old.
Will my points expire?
Points expire 12 months from the date earned.
Will my account expire?
Accounts created before December 30, 2017 that did not transact in the following 20 months have been deleted. Please create a new account and contact Customer Service if you have problems doing this.
Why don't I see promotional points from a trailer or movie email?
The transaction-history itemization reflects transactional points only, not manually added or promotional points. Promotional points are included in your overall point total even though they are not itemized in the transaction list.
